Case study · Field service company

Field work is visible without phoning anyone

Field management in which tasks are assigned to technicians' phones, work is proven with photos and location, and customer calls are recorded with notes and follow-up.

Before

Daily work was assigned by phone and in messaging groups each morning; who was where, on which job, could only be learned by calling.

Proof of work (photos, signatures, materials used) was scattered across messaging groups and could not be found for invoicing or customer disputes.

Incoming and outgoing customer calls were not recorded; unanswered calls went unnoticed.

What we built

Task assignmentThe office opens a task in the panel and assigns it to a technician; it arrives on the technician's Android phone as a notification.
Proof on completionA task is closed with photos, a note and the location at the job site; the proof stays attached to the task record.
Call notes and follow-upAfter a customer call a short note screen opens; the call is linked to the customer record and unreturned calls are listed at the end of the day.
Notification channelsDelay and critical-job alerts reach managers via WhatsApp, Telegram or mobile notification.

After

The office sees the status of field jobs in the panel; "where are you, is it done" calls have largely stopped.

Every job's proof is in one record; the document needed for invoicing or a customer dispute opens from the task.
