1. Description of services
Bella Binary provides software, consultancy and digital products (Spoud field tracking, the VefaLink mobile app, etc.). Features may be subject to corporate contracts and license terms.
2. Account and access
Access to the mobile apps is usually through accounts provided by your employer or organization. You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential. Report any unauthorized use immediately to info@bellabinary.com.
3. Acceptable use
- Act in accordance with applicable law and the rights of third parties
- Do not attempt to harm the system, reverse-engineer it or gain unauthorized access
- Use location and communication features only for business purposes and within the permissions granted
4. Intellectual property
The software, brand, logo and content belong to Bella Binary or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, distribution or commercial use is prohibited.
5. Limitation of liability
The services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Bella Binary's liability, including for indirect damages and data loss, is limited unless otherwise agreed in the relevant contract.
6. Termination
Your organization may close your account or end your access. For your personal data, the Privacy Policy and the Account and Data Rights page apply.
7. Governing law
Disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts and enforcement offices of Ankara have jurisdiction.
