We work in small teams with product ownership. Seeing a job through end to end — understanding the problem, designing, writing the code and seeing it run in the field — is the standard here, not the exception.
You can work remotely or from our Ankara office. What we measure isn't hours, but delivered work and whether it can be handed over.
