Connecting the device is easy; making sense of the data is hard.IoT (Internet of Things) Solutions

We build outage-tolerant IoT platforms that bring sensors and devices together in one place. The hard part isn't connecting a device; it's making the incoming data reliable, queryable and good enough to decide on.

Most IoT projects get through the first stage — connecting the device and sending data to the center — without trouble. The stall comes afterwards: data piles up but nobody looks at it, measurements turn out inconsistent, and when a device goes down nobody knows.

That's why device health, data quality and alarms are part of the first release of every platform we build. A sensor that has gone silent is information too, and it must be reported.

What it covers

Device and gateway managementDevice registration, version and last-seen time. A device that goes silent raises an alarm.
Outage-tolerant collectionBuffering at the edge; accumulated data is forwarded in order when the connection returns.
Time-series storageLong-term storage of measurements with fast querying; trends and comparisons depend on it.
Rule engineThreshold, duration and combination rules. Changing a rule doesn't wait for a software release.
Notification channelsMobile notifications, e-mail and webhooks. Who gets what, and in which situation, is defined.
SecurityDevice identity, encrypted communication and permission separation. The boundary between the device network and the corporate network is protected.

How we proceed

1 · Measurement definitionWhat will be measured, how often and how accurately. No hardware is chosen before this is written down.
2 · Pilot installationValidation under field conditions with a limited number of devices.
3 · ScalingAs the number of devices grows, the behaviour of the collection and storage layer is measured.
4 · OperationMonitoring device health and data quality becomes routine.

Frequently asked

Which communication protocols do you use?

Mostly Modbus TCP/RTU and OPC UA on the field side, and MQTT for device-to-center transfer. The choice is made during discovery based on the devices and environmental conditions.

Where is our data stored?

On an on-premise server or in the cloud — your choice. A common path in industrial projects is hybrid: data stays on site and only summaries go to the center.

Will we notice if a sensor breaks?

Yes. The device's last-seen time is tracked; an alarm is raised when no data arrives within the expected interval. Devices that disappear silently are the most overlooked problem in IoT projects.

Let's talk about this.

We'll listen to your current situation and work out together where to start.
