At the moment of delivery the field app records location, time, a photo and, if required, a signature; the record appears in the management panel and reports.

Will it work with our existing ERP?

The integration method is decided during discovery based on the ERP; if there is no API, a database or file-based transfer can be set up.

Does the field app work where there's no internet?

Yes. The app keeps an offline queue and sends records in order once the connection returns.
