Industrial Automation

From control logic in PLCs and HMIs to SCADA monitoring and reporting, we build the whole chain under one roof.

Industrial automation connects the physical process in the field with the decision layer above it. We build the whole chain — from control logic on the PLC and HMI side to monitoring in SCADA and on to reporting.

We prefer to move forward without throwing away existing investment: rather than replacing a working panel, adding a visibility and data layer on top of it usually delivers results faster.

How we work

Site analysisMapping the existing control infrastructure and data points.
Control softwarePLC logic, HMI screens and safety functions.
Monitoring layerSCADA screens, alarm management and historical data.
Testing and commissioningSimulation, site testing and a controlled transition.
DocumentationFunctional descriptions, tag lists and maintenance notes.
Operator trainingHanding the system over to the team that will run it.

What we deliver

  • A site inventory: control infrastructure, tag and communication lists
  • PLC and HMI software
  • SCADA screens, alarm and report definitions
  • Functional descriptions and tag lists
  • Test and commissioning records
  • Training for operators and the maintenance team

How we proceed

1 · Site analysisThe existing control infrastructure and data points are mapped.
2 · DesignControl logic, screens and the alarm approach are defined in writing.
3 · Development and simulationThe software is tested in simulation before going to the site.
4 · CommissioningSite testing and a controlled transition.
5 · Hand-overDocumentation is delivered and the team is trained.

When it's the right choice

  • When existing lines lack visibility and data
  • When manual adjustment and control steps produce errors
  • When an old control system is to be renewed step by step

When it's not the right choice

  • When the problem lies in the machine's mechanical design — solve the mechanics first
  • When the line will change completely in the short term
  • When there's no access to, or permission to change, the control software

Frequently asked

Which PLC brands do you work with?

On the monitoring side, devices supporting OPC UA, Modbus TCP/RTU and MQTT are read regardless of brand. For work requiring PLC programming, brand and version are established during discovery.

Can it be done without stopping production?

The monitoring layer is usually installed without stopping production. For control software changes, the cutover is scheduled around planned downtime.

Do you touch safety functions?

Safety systems are a separate discipline; if changes are needed, scope, responsibility and verification steps are defined in writing up front.

Can our own team manage the system?

Yes. Daily tasks such as editing screens, creating users and defining reports are handed over; documentation is part of the delivery.
