Monitor the field from your browser, not from paper.SCADA Software

With our Ankara-based engineering team we build SCADA software that reads data from your PLCs, raises alarms and makes everything reportable. Instead of systems locked to one desktop and watched from a single computer, a monitoring layer that opens up according to permissions.

Many SCADA installations in the field depend on a single operator PC. To see the screen you have to go to that room; to get a report you wait for someone to extract the data by hand. A browser-based monitoring layer removes that dependency: the shift supervisor sees the same data on a phone, the plant manager in the office, the maintenance team in the field.

We don't rip out your existing panel. The right order is usually: first a monitoring layer that reads data from your PLCs, then the teams get used to it and reporting settles in; control rights are opened only after that. That way you can step back at every stage.

What it covers

Real-time monitoringUpdate frequency per tag is agreed in writing at the start of the project; "real-time" doesn't mean the same thing to everyone.
Alarms and thresholdsWho gets notified, through which channel, when a threshold is exceeded is defined. Prioritization and suppression rules prevent alarm floods.
Role-based accessViewer, operator, engineer and administrator roles. Who sees which site and who can issue commands — nothing goes live without this separation.
Action logWho changed which value, and when. Kept from the very first release; added later, the data for the period you need is already gone.
Outage-tolerant collectionThe edge gateway buffers data when the connection drops and forwards it in order once it's back. Outages within the buffer capacity leave no gaps in historical reports.
Reporting and exportReports by shift, day and equipment; Excel and PDF output; endpoints for transfer to your existing ERP.

How we proceed

1 · Site surveyWhich PLCs, which protocols, how many tags. The existing panel and network are mapped and what can actually be read is established.
2 · Pilot lineAn end-to-end installation on a single line or station. Measurement accuracy and latency are validated here.
3 · RolloutThe setup proven in the pilot is carried to other lines. Screens and alarm definitions are replicated, users and permissions defined.
4 · Hand-over and supportThe goal is for teams to run the system themselves: screen editing, user creation and report definitions are handed over.

Frequently asked

Do I need to replace my existing PLCs?

Usually not. If a PLC can talk over OPC UA, Modbus TCP/RTU or MQTT, no change is needed on the reading side. For very old devices without protocol support, a gateway can be placed in between.

Does the system have to be exposed to the internet?

No. A fully on-premise installation is possible; data never leaves the plant. If remote access is required, it goes through a VPN or a controlled publishing layer.

Is data lost if the internet or plant network goes down?

Not when a buffering edge gateway is installed and the outage stays within its buffer capacity. Data collected during the outage is stored locally and forwarded to the center in order when the connection returns.

Do you work at sites outside Ankara?

Yes. The team is based in Ankara; we travel to the site for installation and commissioning, and support can run remotely afterwards.

Let's talk about this.

We'll listen to your current situation and work out together where to start.
