2. Scope
This policy covers the forms, subscription and contact processes on our website, and the data processed in our mobile apps through employee or authorized user accounts. The apps are usually used on behalf of an employer or organization; our corporate clients may also be data controllers under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) for processing relating to their own employees.
3. Types of data collected
- Identity and contact: full name, e-mail, phone number (web forms and support requests).
- Account information: username, organization details, session and authorization records (mobile apps).
- Location data: in field staff tracking apps (Spoud) and, where the feature exists, in VefaLink, real-time or periodic location for business processes, within the permissions granted.
- Device and usage: device model, operating system version, app version, crash and performance logs.
- Communication and activity: call records, visit and task records (depending on product features and the organization's configuration).
No advertising network is used on our website.
4. Purposes of use
- Providing the service, managing field operations and reporting
- Customer support and responding to your requests
- Security, fraud prevention and protecting system integrity
- Meeting legal obligations
- Product development and bug fixing (anonymous or aggregate statistics)
5. Legal basis (KVKK)
Your personal data is processed on the grounds set out in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698: the conclusion or performance of a contract, the legitimate interest of the data controller, legal obligation and, where required, your explicit consent.
6. Sharing of data
Your data may be shared, to a limited and necessary extent, with hosting, e-mail and technical infrastructure providers in order to deliver the service. Where required by law, it may be shared with competent public authorities. Your data is not sold for advertising purposes.
7. Retention period
Data is kept for as long as the processing purpose requires and for the limitation periods set out in the relevant legislation; at the end of that period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
8. Security
To protect your data we apply access control, encryption (where appropriate), secure communication channels and organizational measures.
9. Your rights
Under KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, rectification and erasure, to object, and to claim compensation for damages. For account deletion and data requests, see our Account Deletion page or write to info@bellabinary.com.
10. Children
Our services are not intended for people under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
11. Changes
This policy may be updated. The current text is published on this page; for significant changes we may notify you through appropriate channels.
