What information do parents see?

The location of their child's vehicle, the estimated arrival time and the moment their child boards and leaves the vehicle. Other passengers' information is never shown to parents.

What if the driver's phone switches off?

When no location arrives, a warning appears in the management panel; the trip record is completed once the connection returns.

How is personal data protected?

Access is role-based: parents see only their own child, drivers only their own route. Data is processed in line with KVKK, Türkiye's personal data protection law.
