We do not store your IP address or device identifiers in our database and we do not sell personal data. The game contains no third-party analytics or tracking SDK. In a build that shows ads, the ad network processes the data described under "Ads" below.
Ads
The game shows rewarded ads only: you choose to tap "Watch", see a short ad and get in-game resources for it (at most 3 a day). There are no forced, interstitial or launch ads. Ads are served by Google AdMob, which processes your device's advertising ID, an approximate location derived from your IP address and ad-related diagnostics to serve and measure ads; we do not receive or keep that data. In the EEA and UK a consent form is shown before the first ad. On iOS you are asked for tracking permission (ATT); if you decline, ads are not personalised. Purchases
The game is free; optional packs are bought through Google Play or the App Store. The store takes the payment; your card or bank details never reach us. We check each purchase with the store before delivering it. For refunds, use the store's refund process.
Children
Mafia Empire is for players aged 18 and over only. The game asks your age when you first open it, does not create accounts for under-18s and does not knowingly collect data from children.
Family chat
Free-text messages are filtered for offensive words, links and phone numbers. You can report any message and block any player. Reported messages are reviewed by our team; a message reported by several players is hidden until it is reviewed.
Deleting your account
In the game: More → Account & privacy → Delete account. Without the game: https://bellabinary.com/mafia-empire/delete-account.html with your recovery code. Deletion removes your family and its data; your name is removed from other players' battle reports, market history and chat; gameplay statistics are kept only in a form that no longer identifies you.
Your rights (GDPR / KVKK)
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data and object to its processing. You can withdraw consent for optional statistics in the game at any time. Requests: destek@bellabinary.com.

- Ad consent: in the European Economic Area and the UK, Google's consent form (UMP) is shown before ads; you can refuse personalised ads.
