You can delete your family here without opening the game. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
- Your family, city, buildings, army, heroes and items
- Your market listings, quests, rewards and activity history
- Your name in other players' battle reports and trades is replaced with “Deleted family”
Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics that can no longer be linked to you are kept.
Delete now Enter the recovery code shown in the game under More → Account & privacy → Save your family. If you can open the game, you can also delete from More → Account & privacy → Delete account.
No recovery code? Open the game and delete from inside it. Guest families that were never saved have no code and can only be reached from the phone that created them, so delete them in the game before uninstalling.
