Data we collect
Paint Factory does not require an account and does not ask for your name, e-mail, location, contacts or photos. Your game progress (levels, coins, boosters, collection, settings) is stored only on your device.
In-game event logs (e.g. level started/finished) stay on the device in this version and are not sent to a server.
Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store; we never see your payment details. The store receipt is checked on the device to verify the purchase.
Ads
Versions with ads enabled use Google AdMob, which may process data such as the device advertising ID to show and measure ads. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, Google's consent form is shown before any ad; you can change your choices in Settings > Privacy choices. If you decline personalized ads, non-personalized ads are shown. Buying "Remove Ads" removes interstitial ads. Google's policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from them.
Deleting your data
Uninstalling the app removes all game data from the device. Questions: destek@bellabinary.com.

- Data processed by the ad SDK (Google AdMob): advertising ID, approximate location derived from the IP address, ad interactions (impressions, taps), crash logs and diagnostics.
- Purchases: payment is processed by Google Play Billing or the App Store; card details never reach us. The transaction ID is kept on the device only.
- Purpose: running the game and saving progress; delivering and restoring purchases; showing and measuring ads and preventing fraud.
- Third parties: Google AdMob (https://policies.google.com/privacy, https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites); Google Play Billing (https://policies.google.com/privacy); Apple App Store (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/).
- No Firebase, Crashlytics or other analytics or crash-reporting SDK is used; crash and diagnostic data is processed only by the ad SDK.
- Security: all data leaving the device is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).
- Retention and deletion: game data stays on the device and is deleted by uninstalling the game. The advertising ID can be reset in the device settings; data held by the ad partner follows Google's retention periods.
- Age: the game is not directed at children under 13.
- Ad consent: in the European Economic Area and the UK, Google's consent form (UMP) is shown before ads; you can refuse personalised ads.
