Dolmuş Jam ("the game") respects your privacy. This notice explains what data the game processes and why.
1. Account and saving
You don't need an account to play. Your progress (level, coins, stars, boosters, postcards, settings) is stored on your device. The game does not send your progress to a server or a cloud service; if you uninstall the game, your progress is deleted too.
2. Age declaration
On first launch we ask for your year of birth. It stays on your device and is only used to make ads and purchases age-appropriate. Players under 18 never see personalized ads, and a parent's approval is required before purchases.
3. Ads
- Ads: the game is free and supported by ads served by Google AdMob. If you allow it, AdMob uses your device's advertising ID to choose ads based on your interests. If you don't, ads are still shown but not personalized. Either way, AdMob processes the advertising ID, approximate location derived from your IP address and ad interactions (impressions, clicks) to serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland you make this choice in Google's consent window. How Google uses this data: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
- On iPhone, activity across other apps is only tracked if you allow it in the iOS permission prompt.
You can change your choice anytime in Settings > Privacy choices.
4. Purchases
Optional purchases are paid through Google Play or the App Store. We never see your card details; the store only tells us that a purchase was approved and its transaction ID. Your purchase history (which product, transaction ID) is kept on your device to prevent double rewards and to support "Restore purchases".
5. Retention
Data on your device stays until you uninstall the game or delete your account. The game does not collect its own statistics or crash reports. Retention of data processed by AdMob follows Google's policy.
6. Your rights and deletion
Settings > Delete my account and data removes all game data from your device. To exercise your rights under GDPR and Turkish KVKK (access, correction, deletion, objection), write to destek@bellabinary.com.
7. Children
The game is suitable for everyone but is not directed at children under 13. Players who declare they are under 13 are not shown personalized ads.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, we will announce it in the game.

- Retention and deletion: game data stays on the device and is deleted with Settings > Delete my account and data or by uninstalling the game. The advertising ID can be reset in the device settings; data held by the ad partner follows Google's retention periods.
- Age: the game is not directed at children under 13.
- Ad consent: in the European Economic Area and the UK, Google's consent form (UMP) is shown before ads; you can refuse personalised ads.
